Email: Changing your TTSD Email Password

How to change the password for your work email and other TTSD resources.

You can now change your password through the TTSD trouble ticket system. 


1. Go to the TTSD trouble ticket system ( and enter your TTSD user name and your current password. If your password has already expired, you will need to call the help desk at 4051.

2. Click on the change password option in the menu bar.

3. Fill out your current password and then your new password twice. Passwords need to be at least 8 characters long and can't be a repeat of any of the last 5 passwords you have used.

4. Click the green Save button. 


Other Systems

Changing your email password will also update your password for other systems. Below is a partial list.

  • Aesop
  • Edline (school websites)
  • Employee Portal
  • Fileservers
  • Windows/Chromebook login
  • Perform
  • Print Shop
  • Safe Schools
  • Synergy/TeacherVUE
  • Ticket System (aka trouble tickets)


Other systems like OrSpEd and Data Warehouse will not be impacted by this password change.
