iPad: Turning on Text to Speech

How to turn on text to speech on the iPad so any text on the screen can be read by the iPad.

The video below is based on iOS 10.2. If you are running a different version your setup might be slightly different.

• Go to Settings --> General --> Accessibility --> Speech --> Highlight Content
• Toggle "Highlight Content" on.
• Select "Words and Sentences"
