How to change a Parent or student password in Mass Communication for District App login

If a parent or student calls or walks up and says they cannot sign into the TTSD District app using the information we've provided the simplest solution is to change their password.  First find your schools Mass Communications main user. Then have them follow these steps.

  1. Sign into Mass Communications at
  2. Click Accounts
  3. Change Role to Parent or Student depending on which one you want to search for
  4. Type in the name or phone or email of the person whose password you want to change
  5. Click on the persons name
  6. Click Edit Login / Password
  7. Type in a new password and click save
